Valuing portfolio companies throughout their holding period is a critical process for investors. It determines the investment’s fair value and directly influences future management decisions.
As the guidelines have been updated in December 2025, we are organising a portfolio valuation workshop that will cover a range of valuation topics, including a presentation of the new IPEV Guidelines and other recent valuation trends. Mr. Enguerran De Crémiers, IPEV Board Member and Mr. Rudy Hoskens from Kroll will be our expert speakers during this session.
