Ervaring in private equity is zeker een voordeel, maar geen vereiste.

Als analist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen, analyseren en interpreteren van financiële en operationele gegevens, vooral in de sfeer van Private Equity fondsen. Je ondersteunt de investment director, bouwt relaties met Private Equity fondsen en andere Family Offices en ondersteunt investeringsbeslissingen met heldere analyses en rapporteringen. Dankzij jouw zelfstandige manier van werken en uitstekende digitale vaardigheden kan je complexe informatie vertalen naar bruikbare inzichten.

Korys is the investment structure of the Colruyt family, a unique place for motivated students or young graduates to acquire the skills and experience to kickstart their career as investment professionals. Korys focuses on three investment themes: Energy Transition (renewable energy assets and innovative companies providing enabling technologies and services), Conscious Consumer (consumer companies that offer products and services that are convenient and responsible from a social, environmental or health perspective) and Healthy Living (innovative companies across prevention, diagnosis and treatment of diseases).

We combine expertise in both private and listed assets. This synergy is a key strength of our organisation. We are therefore looking for interns to join our Liquid Investment team (public equity investments) and our Direct Investments team (private equity investments in Energy Transition or Healthy Living).

As an intern you will participate to all phases of the investment cycle: map specific industries (industry dynamics, technologies/products/services, identify players of interest), screen and evaluate investment opportunities (market, position and strategy of the company, financial analysis, sustainability and valuation), prepare internal presentations and documents for investment decisions, assist during the transactional processes and support portfolio companies in realising their objectives.
